Richer Sounds, London Bridge

Terry is a top man. Helped me select the Hi-Fi system I wanted. Even went the extra mile to hook up the amplifier and floor standing speakers before purchasing. Did not rush me and gave me time to use my own phone and music to get a feel for the speakers in the show room. Terry got excellent knowledge in the audio industry and I cannot wait to receive my Hi-Fi system tomorrow. Could not recommend them enough!

I would highly recommend the London Bridge store (and Richer Sounds in general). The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and when I ran into an issue with the product I'd purchased (having tried it in the shop) they agreed to replace it with a new one with no fuss at all. (Pretty sure they didn't have to do that under the circumstances.)

I was cheerily greeted by Robin who asked me how my Easter was going. Im a difficult customer at the best of times and have been trying to find some noise cancelling headphones that not only cancel noise but which dont give me a headache. I have high sensitivity to noise and he kindly turned off all sound in the store for me. Having been to John Lewis on Oxford Street the day before, only to be met with an answer of Er Im not really sure to be honest, before starting to google, I was especially pleased with the advice Robin gave me. I was also able to have a 20 minute demo of all the headphones I wanted to try. I cant see me ever going anywhere else again for my electronic products.
