        THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE CENTRE. Dont waste your time - it is now solely for pre-booked pre-operation assessments. Apparently it changed during covid- although all of the signage still says it is for urgent care.

        The doctor is very professional here. I get problem during Christmas and Dr. Benkaifer immediately diagnose the problem. He also help diagnose my finger problem. Very nice!

        Was sent to HCA urgent care by my GP for some immediate tests. I have to say that the service and care at this facility is the best I have received in London. They saw me promptly, ran immediate tests and were thorough in explaining what was happening and the results and gave me copies of the results (which never happens anywhere in the UK) I will definitely be returning for any future urgent care needs and will seek out the other HCA facilities in London. Fantastic staff, caring and thorough. It was a long day, but feel I had the best care under the circumstances.
