I just had the opportunity to use Martin & Co London Bridge services as I was looking for a new apartment to rent in the area. The service was great and professional, in particular Sadie Farquharson handled our case very well until the lease was signed, many thanks to her. I warmly recommend this place.

If you're a landlord is considering to list their property with this agency, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I am a tenant, looking for a property and I have spoken to many agencies but no-one has ever come close to how unprofessional this agency is. I spoke to a lady at around 10 am inquiring into a property I saw on RightMove, she refused to accept that the listing was with the agency despite me explaining the listing had their contact details. Later, she called me to book a viewing and I asked when the property would be available from and she didn't know. She was suppose to call back but never did. I called twice and on the third time, I was told they were fully booked for viewings for this particular property. Absolutely disgraceful and very unprofessional. She said her name was Naomi but I'm pretty sure it isn't. If you're a landlord, save yourself time and go elsewhere! If you're a tenant, may be try to speak to the manager first. Totally wasted my time!
