    Great company to make utility registrations all in one easier than everything with one call. Thanks to Bryn for all his support and patience as I am a new resident in the UK and had no idea about the utilities in the UK. Bryn explained me each of them with rules and regulations including all the good deals and qualities via the phone. Then we chose the optimum ones during the call. Strongly recommended for the people who just relocated the UK.

    We were more than happy to highly recommend "Please Connect Me" as a service provider partner at the beginning. We were given a dedicated account manager who worked closely with us on all fronts such as the set-up and provision with all utility, TV, Insurance and Home Safety companies (with competitive rates included in the service wherever possible) and this was always undertaken with an excellent, , diligent and professional manner. Very client friendly and always providing additional touches such as bridging gaps with the TV/Broadband company when met with broadband issues during set-up. However, it turns out many mistakes were made to our account set up across all utility providers and it has cost much time and effort to fix them without Please Connect Me intervention. They did offer but they did nothing and we waited for over two weeks yet to no avail. Most disappointed and I have therefore downgraded their rating understandably. Their remit was to make life easier for us but it truly wasnt.

    I've spent weeks worrying about figuring out the bills and utilities in a new flat as it was my first time doing it all myself. One 20 minute phone call from Pearl, however, got me less anxious and my utilities ready to go. I had a lovely experience with her on the phone. Everything was explained clearly and I had time to discuss with my partner. I got a step-by-step talk about how to pay the bills when the time comes. Pearl answered all my questions before I could even ask them. So lovely and efficient and really helped to demystify the process of getting ready for my first time living without parental support. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone confused or overwhelmed by the process of bills and utilities, especially if it's your first time. Thanks again, Pearl!
