        Tried to catch the boat from London bridge to Westminster and witnessed the worst customer care I've every experienced. The two members of staff helping to board passangers were utterly useless, and appeared to have no knowledge of how to operate the process of boarding guests. They showed no care or concern for passengers, were reluctant to engage when asked questions and showed no initiative in terms of wanting to help.

        I felt like aquaman on a boat just kidding. It cost about 8-9 pounds. Not sure. Go early. You can also use your oyster cards to buy tickets.
