    Do not take your clothes to this place they stole my 900 Burberry shorts. Because they was 3 years old , They had the cheek to ask me after they have CCTV in their premises to produce a receipt. Do not take your clothes to this place. Make sure his place goes bankrupt.

    I had a truly unfortunate and regrettable experience here recently, but my biggest regret is not having looked at the previous reviews from others before opting to use their services. If you care anything about your clothing, avoid this store at all costs - save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else if you can. Their customer service and level of professionalism is subpar at best. Cliff notes version - They managed to damage the zip on a brand new designer dress that Id taken in for a small alteration job that did not require them to do anything to or around the zip itself. They shifted the blame onto me and added an additional charge for the zip repair onto my total. Ive used their dry cleaning service before and had a somewhat decent experience, so decided to try their alteration service as I needed an alteration done at quite short notice. I took a formal gown that Id bought for an upcoming wedding to be altered very slightly at the sides towards the bottom of the dress to improve the fit. The dress is brand new with the tags still attached - never been worn before aside from me trying it on after receiving it. The tailor assured me it was an easy job that could be completed within a few days. When I arrived to collect it, the tailor himself was not there but the lady at the store tried to hand me the dress motioning for me to make payment and take the dress. I told her that Id like to try it on, to ensure that I was satisfied with the alterations the tailor had made. I tried it on, asking for her assistance with the remaining part of the zip at the back that I wasnt able to reach myself - the dress fit fine. When it was time to take it off, the lady let me know that the zip had broken as she was attempting to help me to take it off, immediately beginning to suggest that it was because Id moved slightly when she was taking it down. I find this hard to believe as she didnt make mention of any difficulty when doing the zip up less than 3 minutes before this. I finally managed to get the dress off and asked her what could be done to resolve the issue. She asked me to come back the next morning, for it to be discussed with the tailor as hed gone home for the day. She let me know that the store would open at 8am, so I agreed to come back at 8am. I arrived at around 8:10am to find the shutters still closed and soon after spotted the tailor himself waiting outside nearby. I called the store a few times and got no response. I finally got a response at around 8:35am and returned to the store. There was no apology for the delay or fact that they hadnt opened at the time theyd asked me to come back, but again the lady quite rudely let me know that theres nothing that can be done about the zip and again making mention of the fact that it was not her fault and was therefore mine. I tried the dress on for the tailor to see and again he assured me that hed be able to resolve the issue by replacing the zip and making another small alteration. I arrived the following day to pick it up and although the zip was fixed, the newest alteration that he made had messed up the fit at the back of the dress. When I highlighted this to him, he repeatedly emphasised (quite loudly) that it was due to the material of the dress and there was nothing he could do about this. I pointed out another area of the dress that had a loose fit, to which he suggested that he could make another alteration to fix this - which I declined. At this point, the damage theyd done was enough and I just wanted to take my dress. They let me know that my total would include the zip repair which I challenged, pointing out that there was nothing wrong with the zip when I had initially left it in their possession. The lady, once again became defensive stating that it had broken on me so was therefore my responsibility. I would not recommend this store to anyone at all, no matter how desperate you are - save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.
