Co-op Food - Spa Road - Bermondsey

My favourite Co-op of them all. Was surprised (pleasantly) to discover its a franchise as it is so well run. The staff are motivated, efficient and friendly. They know where all the stocked items are and will guide you to them. The queue, when there is one, moves quickly. The store is well stocked, with fair pricing - at usual Co-op prices or less! The range could be a tad more extensive, but maybe space constraints prevent that. There is a good food-to-go range. The (hot) hotdogs are quite tasty! Can pick up all the ingredients for a Sunday dinner as long as its chicken! My favourite area, however, is the Reduced bit. The store is very fair with its reduced pricing on short shelf-life products, and there are often bargains to be found. Would recommend
