        Took my money, gave me a consultation after 2 weeks. partnered with a counsellor who asked the exact same questions as the consultation at a further cost. Counsellor cancelled the following week but when I cancelled the week after due to work commitments they seemed surprised - even though this had been mentioned in both the consultation and the consultation v2.0. After having cancelled or postponed several jobs in order to attend the session I was told that it 'wasn't the right time for me to enter counselling' due to my work schedule and having tried to rearrange one single session. I am now severely out of pocket for nothing. Trainees are clearly more interested in meeting the criteria to pass their course than they are in clients.

        I go for therapy here. The rooms are comfortable but a little stuffy. They host some interesting events that I've found a little hit or miss but it's good to know these things exist.
