Dont recommend for highlights!! I used to go to the salon until I had a highlights job done very poorly: it was marked and not done from the roots properly. I pointed it out at the day it was done but I was ignored, that was so bad. Overall I didnt had any compensation for the mistake only extra time and money wasted on correcting the roots myself and visiting the salon to hear that I would have to wait and do the highlights again, on my own cost of course. Maybe the salon has too many customers because I didnt feel they wanted to keep me as one. Edit: In response to the reply: I was a customer for years, you are totally right, but since you started having new staff and delivering work to them the quality fell quite a lot. When I pay a highlight I dont want a new hairdresser that cannot communicate with me, its very hard and not fair priced for the customer too. Im not spinning the situation, at the day no one offered me to fix the mistake, I went home not happy with the results. If it was offered I would had stayed for sure. I used to like your services Flutura but you have to make sure either people are well trained or fair priced for someone starting or at least a clear communication when mistakes happen. When I did my visit at the hair dresser to fix the issue, think about it, I was going out of my way: I paid full price, didnt have good results, had to fix myself spending time and money and then Im spending more time getting at your salon to hear something that you could have asked me on a text message. There was no consideration for my time at any point at all. And no you didnt mention at your salon that I would have a discount. I completely agree with you, we all make mistakes but the trust is gone because of the way you treated that mistake. Why it wasnt fixed at the time it was made? I am really really sorry to say that I cant 100% recommend you anymore.
