I have been a customer at Linhs for almost 6 months now and I love the quality of my nails each time I do them; they never chip or fade and grow out still looking good.
My issue is the service. Everytime I have done my nails, I have left with a cut or multiple cuts on my fingers, toes or both. At first, I thought this was just an accident and I let them off but when this happens every single time, something is not right.
Once I leave, I am in agony for a few days while these cuts heal before I can fully enjoy my new nails. On one occasion, I literally could not walk as the cuts on my toes were so deep after my pedicure. This is not how it is meant to be.
The staff do apologize when this happens but I would rather it doesn't happen in the first place.
Last week, when I visited, I was not at all happy with the design painted on my nails. It looked nothing like the image I had shown the technician so I asked for the design to be changed. He was not happy with my request and proceeded to tell me that customers were leaving the shop because of me.
Having been a loyal customer since I moved to Gravesend, I definitely expected more on the one occasion I expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided. The tech continued to complain throughout his time of changing my design and finally, once he was done with the change, he admitted that "it now looks a lot better".
Once again, two cuts just under my fingernails which sting each time I touch water.
Unfortunately, Linhs, I will not be back. Please do better. Service: Acrylic nails
