In early December I bought a suitcase from Aslamtex online. Although the seller dispatched it on time, due to a considerable increase in the flow of Christmas parcels my suitcase got stuck in a courier company warehouse. The seller was not to blame but he went the extra mile to solve this problem because I needed the suitcase ASAP for travelling and could not wait an extra week. The seller contacted me on the phone, explained everything, kept contacting and informing about progress with identifying the location of my parcel and offered free replacement when it became clear that delivery would be delayed. Replacement was sent using extra fast delivery courier and arrived within a couple of days. I highly recommend this seller who does care about his clients and take their needs seriously. They provide gold standard of customer service.
