Went in to get some carpet, guy was so rude answering the phone and putting up shelves while I was mid sentence talking to him. Couldn't give me the time of day, terrible service. Won't be going back.

The people in the shop could nt be more helpful .Fitters were useless left me with rubbish that I couldn't clear as disabled door off and standing on my landing which meant I couldn't get past glue on my new carpet with bits of underlay stuck to it and screws bent over and sticking up by door had to get family round to sort out .I think they need qualified fitters not cowboys .Would have gone back for my stairs but won't now

Got our upstairs carpet fitted from these guys back in June, and the whole process was really quick. The service was really good, we went to the store first, they let us have a look at our own pace and recommended some carpets in our price range based on the rooms we wanted the carpet in. Within the week we had chosen our carpet, had them come in to take measurements and booked our slot for the carpet fitter. We had also gotten a quote from Carpet Right, but Carpet Design Centre were a lot quicker with getting the carpet ordered and the overall service was a lot better too. Would recommend.

Good quality products at fair prices. Unfortunately bit poor with customer care services and communication.
