AVOID this company at all costs! I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I purchased! Customer service and communication is unprofessional and not helpful. Received missing items it the package so I was unable to give my child his present on Xmas day. Hoverboard was cracked with European plug and German instructions! Reply from below comment: People have to buy Christmas presents early?! Im a single mother, this item was expensive! The item is faulty and has damage. I made contact with you on Christmas Eve! When it came to my attention that I was unable to give my son his gift!

We received 2 hover board and karts last year. One started to cut out after a few months. We sent it back under the warranty and we are awaiting its return

Placed an order for a car for my grandson. Paid by PayPal. Order cancelled by Segway, reason told no carriage paid. Placed the order again paying 55.00 for carriage, email to say car was despatched. One hour later, notification email stating order cancelled damaged in transit, no white cars left. Something not quite right here. Told five days for a refund. Not acceptable Poor service, abysmal communication.

Before spending a penny with these guys I just hope youve already read the reviews or paid via PayPal or a credit card so youve some level of consumer protection. Ive still yet to receive a reply after parting with . Please avoid at all costs. If you ring the phone number youll be held for 20mins before being disconnected. As a parent I used this website to buy a Segway Ninebot instead I got a whole lot of disappointment. Fortunately I got my money back via PayPal which is a testament to them. Avoid Updated reply. Good to finally have communication with you! Firstly your website did/does say pre-order with a date. However you did not send an email or receipts when purchased. Repeated attempts to call your office, shop or outlet all failed after 20mins? The discounted price is relatively the same as other online stores, the selling point was not the cost but your locality, you are based within the U.K. etc. We purchased from the Netherlands (Voltes) with good stock levels and excellent communication. I wasnt assuming a bad experience nor a bad review but its realistic to my experience. Hopefully you can learn something from the many reviews youve already received. Best wishes Many thanks Daniel

I bought the segway and cart last Christmas and was really happy with the service and product. When the segway went faulty in August customer services were amazing and the segway was sent for repairs on 14th Sept. Since then however I have made repeated attempts to phone, email and leave messages on their answer phone to no avail. The last communication I had via email was to say the board was fixed and should be delivered on the Wednesday following the 10th of October. Amazingly I got through on the phone some time after this to be told that they had no idea what was going on and would get back to me I am still waiting. If anyone has any alternative ways of getting hold of someone please let me know. The answer phone I am guessing is now full and I am no longer able to leave message.
