    Ordered at 7:50. Was told it would be delivered 8:50-9:10. At 8:15 the food was delievered. It was not our order. Phoned the restaurant and they said they will come back and collect the wrong order and deliver the correct one. We were told that the wrong order would be delievered to the correct guest and that they would not be remaking their order. This is such a health and safety issue. As someone who works in hospitality , this disgusts me especially as the original orderer would have no idea we had handled the food package. When i spoke to the just eat driver, he told me that if he took the order back to the restaurant, they would take the food back to the kitchen and immediately bring it back out for him to deliver. This means it has definitely happened before. In no way is this the justveat drivers fault, he was sympathetic with the situation. The restaurant needs to take the publics health and safety seriously especially as we are at the tail end of a global pandemic.

    Just ordered from here tonight, bearing in mind its boxing day,food turned up on time ,hot and tasty..this place is now going to be my favourite Chinese takeaway..the beef in black bean sauce is lush,free prawn crackers aswell

    Hey guys hope this message is not too long to read but is loads to explain about this restaurant. Last night ( about 22.00 pm) I ordered food in value of 30 thorough Deliveroo. Vicenso from customer service could not help me getting back the refund from that restaurant as he mentioned " Their driver is outside and delivering my order". There are different factors of why I am very upset with the service: 1. I have been waiting 1 hr 30 min for the food to arrive . Callled the restaurant before they had to shout and the lady on the phone promised delivery man will be on time. However, this never happened. 2. As I have seen there is no food coming up, I called again the restaurant- phone line closed, left a voice message no one contacted me back. Therefore I thought they taken my money and they won't deliver any food. I asked my partner to go outside and buy food from somewhere else. 3. 15 min later while dealing with customer advisor and trying to explain that I cannot cancel my order anymore and I need support with this, some rude guy called us on the building's intercon and saying is delivering. I hold him back and asked my partner what to do as he was outside. My partner of course bought us new food so I explained to that guy that I refuse to get my order as there was delays and no one from restaurant informed me about this. Then Vicenso after carefully research he consider that I cannot get my money back . Question: If this is the case, why the restaurant did not inform me that they will shout soon and their driver will eventually come? Why the order once I paid them I never could cancel it ? Why the delivering man was so rude and saying he got another customers to send the food and he cannot wait ? Not even a little apology, today I am going to meet the manager of this restaurant and ask for an explanation. I am sorry but I am very disappointed.
