China Dove

Will blacklist you with no explanation or reason whatsoever. Had plenty of deliveries via Uber Eats with no problem, then all of a sudden they start getting cancelled. After the third or fourth time this happened, I called to ask why and was told that my address was blacklisted. I asked why any was told it was "because something happened. I don't remember". This is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for me to be blacklisted, there has never been an issue or incident. If there had been, why would I have continued to try to order from there?! Also, if "something happened", why is there no record of it to allow them to let me know what I have - allegedly - done wrong. He just said that there are plenty of other takeaways, but China Dove was always my favourite, so he is clearly happy to lose business over something he doesn't even remember.

Can only comment on the special chow mein and spring rolls I have just eaten. They were truly delicious. Emergency workers, blue light card discount here. Friendly staff too. Recommended

I ordered through just eat the restaurant is only 3 miles away. It came to 22.30 which included 2.50 delivery fee and 50p service charge. The restaurant called me to say they need to charge me another 1.50 to deliver it I refused and my order was cancelled. Daylight robbery. For the principle I will never use china dove again.
