I had my toe skin clipped when cutting my nails. The massage offered was not relaxing and the service provided poor. To get cream moisturised into the hands after the polish applied would cost an extra 5 which was disappointing. When feedback was given to the owner I was dismissed and he didn't take any feedback on board. Will not be returning! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Customer service was poor. My nails were drilled so hard, I was in pain and my nail design was not good. Apart from being very disappointed, I left the shop with two resolve. 1. I will never go back to that shop. 2. I will learn how to do my own nails. Service: Acrylic nails
