I cant thank Denis enough for the physio Ive had after complications from a spine operation left me unable to walk and being signed off from the consultants saying Id never get back to normal ,and after 2years with. Denis I was able to play rounders with my grandchildren this week so Thankyou .

Dennis did wonders with my back within a few sessions. Great approach during the visits, took his time, did not rush and did not watch the clock. On top of that, prescribed easy to perform, yet effective stretches at home, they are not time-consuming neither. Would definitely recommend. Great service at a more than fair price.

Excellent experience with Denis@Staines Physio! I had problem with my plantar and calf as i was running too much and preparing hard for my ultra running races. I booked an appointment and Denis understood immediately the issue (plantar fasciitis); he treated me during the physio session, he showed me how to tape my injured foot to protect the plantar and also suggested exercises as well as few tips to reduce the inflammation. With great surprise I managed to recover very quickly from the injury and completed my 75 miles race in Wales! Highly reccomended
