        From first contact and from initial problem investigation, the communication has been excellent. Invoice and quotes are unambiguous, there are no hidden costs. This work was also carried out at my rental property, so I am not available to be at the property and therefore good communication is and was first class. Would definitely recommend. Service: Heating system maintenance

        Amazing service from Spence Heating. Combi boiler relocated to the loft and a new shower mixer. I couldnt ask for a better job and the communication throughout was second to none!! I highly recommend this firm, I will definitely be using them again for all my servicing and heating related work. Thanks again Spence Heating. 10/10.
