Guardian Angel Carers Spelthorne

I have worked for Guardian Angel Carers for coming up to my 3rd year now, I am very happy here as part of the office team, and I have a great relationship with the field-based team. Our managing director is always willing to support us and listen to the team's concerns and needs. We are currently trialling a four-day working week, which is giving everyone a work-life balance which has been amazing and very difficult to do in a 9 to 5 job. I would recommend anyone to come and work with our team of amazing carers, and office staff, offering outstanding service to our clients in the Spelthorne Runnymede and Elmbridge areas.

Got great feedback from Kirsty for the work I do. I was able to share any concerns I have whether it be at home or within the workplace. I was asked what my goals are and what I would like to achieve. Overall it was a very friendly 1to1 and I was very happy.

The visiting carers are amazing. They are kind, compassionate and really lovely people. They get through so much work in the allocated time and still have time to chat to my mother and make her feel loved and well cared for. Kirsty devises the care plan, continually monitors and updates it to ensure my mothers needs are met. Louise, the business owner, is incredibly switched on and responds to any queries immediately. I can thoroughly recommend the visiting care service provided by Guardian Angel Carers in the Spelthorne area. Thank you.
