Charcoal Feast

Terrible service, even though the food is good the lack of attention to customer service is horrific. We order on Uber and there is always a time frame ranging from 30-40mins but they will always delay the order 35mins in. Today it took 2hrs and when you call to complain they say they are very busy and it just left, today they went even further and said its ok you like us so it doesnt matter how long it takes. Good food but horrible people running it!

I saw this restaurant on just eat and i wanted to try something new as i always order from Express Kebab House from Romford. I tried lamb Shis and chicken Shis at 13,75 you got my order wrong and the size of portion at this price is too small when at the other restaurant for 12 you get 3 chicken breast quite big ,2 different rice and more but here i got only 4 pieces of small lamb. Really bad experience.
