The staff are very helpful in organising my regular services for the residents on Memory Lane. We enjoy some old favourite hymns and use Jesus' teaching to think about deep issues in life. I am the local Church of England vicar.

My Grandad only spent two weeks at Park View before he sadly passed whilst there. He was old, frail and was slowly finding life more difficult by the day. From what my mum and I saw when visiting him nearly 4x a week, the staff there were absolutely lovely. Always checking up on us, readily available to give us updates and giving us feedback on how he was. Security wise, the home has many coded entrances to ensure no one would wander off and the shift patterns covered by the nurses and officials always made sure someone was there in case anyone had any issues or needs. Upon the night of his passing, quite a few of us came to see him and the home had no issue with the amount of people allowed in. After all, he was a grandad and father of many and they allowed us time to stay with him and sit in the lounge as to not disturb the other residents. The staff bought us coffee, tea and biscuits and though this may seem very minimal, during the time it was thoughtful and deeply appreciated. The staff that evening were absolutely lovely, hugging each of us as we left and making sure we knew they actually cared. This meant more to us than words can explain and I would highly recommend this care home based on staff alone. Thank you again Park View.
