the dumbest gp ive ever stepped foot in. Came in for an appointment and asked the receptionist where I should go. I was barely acknowledged and sent upstairs where I sat for about an 1hour. Many dr asked me who I was here to see as my name wasnt on their list, I showed them the message I received which specifically said HEATHWAY MEDICAL CENTRE, I was then told I was at the wrong place whilst the dr had google maps out on her phone. I then left the practice and rang up ,this is where I was told I was at the wrong place again and etc etc. Come to find out that actually theres 2 receptionists downstairs for 2 different services yet they all sit lined up together and nobody was able to double check or confirm with me Any of these facts. How stupid!

I have been a registered patient in this GP Surgery for over 10 years. All staff members are excellent. But I had no choice other than give a 5 star rating and a review with a special mention to this wonderful lady named HIBA who is an HCA (Health Care Assistant). I booked an emergency appointment to check my blood pressure today and she was the one attended me and she was absolutely fantastic. A professional lady with a great touch of sympathy and personal touch. She is, without a doubt an asset to the GO Surgery and Dr. Bila. Thanks a million HIBA.

They have not duty of care for their patients. They have left my 2 year old son without a GP. They are quick to reply to emails yet they give incorrect information. Avoid using them unless you want to be treated unfairly.
