First Avenue Surgery

I want to give this surgery 0 star i dont know why there is no 0 star option i going to compalin against this gp surgery i really appriciate this gp and dr fathie it takes a whole month and after the whole month the gp call me and say that your test results are normal and when i speak about my pain in joints and legs then dr. Fathie said go to psiotherapist and cut the call if i want to go to psiotherstpist or chiropratist then why i apply for gp i dont know why i wait to for a month to get a call of 30 second not even a 1 minute from dr.fathie and said that your test results are normal instead of calling me you can email me or send a message its take only fews seconds.

Not satisfied at all! It took nearly 3 weeks to get a PHONE appointment and I missed the call by 1 second and when I called back I was told the doctor already got a patient in! I literally called back as soon as the phone stopped ringing!!!! Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for a phone appointment, its so unfair as I am here with health issues and my doctor has no consideration to even call back which would cost them 5 min of their time if they even give you that.

Always managed to get an appointment. Referals send of very quick. Staff helpful and friendly and polite. Changed feom broad street to her and no regrets.

The only appointment you can get is by calling 8am in the morning. There is no other option. This is such a disadvantage. I tried calling many times at 8 am but line says busy. And I couldnt get an appointment.Now with the new in line system, still cant get appointments. As they dont have more than 6 appointments. And even if you get an appointment the go will call you only one time. If you miss it, he will not call you again.
