Dr S N Ahmad - Hedgemans Road Surgery

The receptionist was so rude when my mum was just asking about a medication mixup. She lectured my mum on how she was not listening to her as if my mum was a child instead of helping her and called my mum rude. Absolutely rude woman on the phone. She even threatened to hang up the phone. DONT COME HERE AT ALL!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I have the option. I was with this surgery for 28 years, I had smear test done in 2016 and then another in 2019, after chasing the results after 6 weeks I was informed they was lost, I then had another booked in and received a call a few weeks after that my results were all normal, fast forward 3 years my new surgery have asked me for my latest smear to only be told that I dont have one in the system and my last one was rejected due to name error!! So where are my results from my smear ? These are important results and when I called I basically got fobbed off, due to this I now have to wait even longer to start a health treatment! Glad I left here.

this surgery was so good unfortunately the service has declined. I feel disappointed in them since Dr SN Ahmad left its service has fallen I would not recommend people going here now. Now they request customers to book any appointments via eConsult service so you can't ring anymore to make an appointment which is also poor and you can't request when they ring you back on this online booking service. I have complained to the Practice manager who recommended to me that I look for another GP rather than acknowledging my complaint or doing anything to remedy my concerns.

This GP is an absolute joke, waited for a phone appointment for two weeks just for the doctor to be rude and hang up on me. Stay away from this GP as far as possible
