Initial consultation was excellent - very collaborative and detailed, leaving no room for misinterpretation. All work items itemised in detail up front, all discussed at length and a granular-level schedule shared. All projects inevitably encounter scenarios where diverging from initial expectation - was always quick to collaborate and identify innovative solutions. Very open and honest client engagement, management always readily contactable and regularly on site. Quality of work is excellent - I have used a number of teams over the last 20 years and this is the best of them. Pricing is fair - we would not expect to pay comparatively low rates for what is ultimately high quality work. Two phases complete now (comprising internal structural, renovation, plumbing, decorating, flooring (including heating), joinery services) and look forward to further work together in order to complete the project. We have used Slane Ltd for number of domestic projects including conversions and a large extension. No job is too big or too small! I have been using Slane limited now since 6 years for many projects in my home: kitchen renovation, tiling, shelving, wardrobe building, floor sanding door installation, painting, and everything else in-between. Rimantas and his team are always there to help and find solutions to any home projects or problems.
