Barclays Bank

The service is very bad. Some of the staff have a chip on their shoulder. We will be very sad the branches closing this year March, but not sad that we will never see some of the staff hopefully they are made redundant. The rest of the guys have been wonderful. And good luck with your future endeavors.

I visited this branch yesterday and was served by lady called Chris. She was very slow and not helpful at all. She has no knowledge about products and procedures at all. Whatever i asked her she was telling me we don't do that anymore. I told her that I usually use canary wharf branch because I work nearby and they do all i asked her for . Finally she got up and started asking her colleagues. I'm very disappointed. Very poor service Finally she

Waited a long time to be seen but we'll worth it ! Fantastic advice on our savings,explained in easy to understand language, cannot thank staff enough, God knows what we'll do when the branch closes,another big mistake from what used to be the leading High Street Bank

I would give this branch 0 stars if there was that option. Always long queues and they want you to use the cash machine. And guess what only one machine working all the time. And you be luck if theirs someone at the counter. Haven't had this much trouble in any other barclays.
