They can be VERY GOOD and VERY helpfull. However there are one or two "older employees" who make things difficult when they don't need to be!? I know this as I've seen various different staff for the same thing, a few sort your/the problem (s) quickly, the "older" few are awkward n make life difficult. A bit like Doctors receptionist's who clearly think "they" are THE Doctor.... lol, im sure pple know what I mean. Thanks, Paul NEWCOMBE.

I have recently switched from using Amax Estates for my block management of 5 properties to Kent Gateway. They have offered me a better service than what I was getting before and the staff were very helpful to me along the way and answered any questions I had for them. The staff were very polite and created a custom plan so I got what I wanted.
