I've recently had the sad duty of selling my late brother's pride and joy yacht. For this, I employed Network Yacht Brokers Kent, managed by Peter Norris, and cannot speak highly enough of their service. They took total control of the process - including any required maintenance on the yacht - from their office and berths at Chatham Marina. From there they ran a first class and detailed advertising campaign including photos and videos, and most importantly, they kept me informed by email and phone contact throughout the whole process which was completed to my total satisfaction.

What an amazing team at the Network Yacht Brokers Kent are. I was in regular contact with them during the sale of my vessel. I was regularly informed of any progress/ updates made during the sale. I highly recommend Peter and his team!

Initial contact was good but then absolutely terrible, here's a brief outline of my experience: - Took 8 days to get them to just come to take photos - Never arrived at the appointment time and only came once I called to remind them I was waiting (1.5 hours later) - The photographer wouldn't take photos of the boat as was moored up from the front citing Health & Safety. A load of rubbish as there's perfectly fine access from the front (Bayliner 285) - I citied my concerns to Peter about the above experiences not being great so far hoping for assurances things would get better. I was hugely surprised to find that Peter got super defensive, irate and rude over the phone saying how busy he was etc. For a boat that is expected to fetch them around 4.5-5K commission you expect a certain level of professionalism. Shocking outfit, I would avoid. Ended up going with TBS Boats who have been faultless so far.

Peter and Barry were exceptionally helpful with the purchase of our Phantom 38. We were guided through every step from looking around to finally making our choice. They kept us informed at every stage and were patient with every question I had even the daft ones I would recommend these individuals for their professionalism and expertise without any qualms whatsoever. many thanks
