I didnt really wanted to rate it, just to write my experience with the clinic. I did two sessions of acne scarring laser treatments at this clinic. After the first session I didnt see any result at all, after the second one Ive noticed an improvement. Was recommended about 5-6 treatments so booked a third one. Two days before I had a very bad car accident. My car is a write off. Straight after the accident when I was on a motorway trying to arrange emergency collection of my car I got a reminder about my booked session. Obviously, I didnt even open it. Next two day was full off phone calls, emails, messages from my insurance company and many others. On that stress I was confused with the date of my appointment. I thought it was Wednesday. But on Tuesday I got a notification about a missing appointment. And of course I was fully charged for the treatment straight away. I called to the clinic, tried to explain the situation. But was told quite blunt that its my fully my fault. And it is, I accept it. But we are all human and can have different life situations. It was the first car accident in my life. I lost a car, was scared and stressed. This situation could be solved in a different way but nobody cares about your problems these days. I wish you good luck with your business. But I will never go there again.

Laser treatment : Legs, underarms,Chin, Upper lip , Brazilian, at least 6 sessions recommended, Dark skin tone. I first visited Clearskin on the 17th August for my Patch test session. Very Informative, clean and lovely clinic. All options well explained with various patch tests made all over my body. Dan was very friendly, and well knowledgeable, putting me immediately at ease. -1st laser treatment : very quick and good value for money, considering the work done For Full legs , chin, upper lip, underarms and Brazilian, roughly 45mins, which is great as a working class lady. -2nd laser treatment Great improvement, noticeable reduction in hair growth, noticeable scar reduction on my chin and bikini line ,finer hair, customer service even better- Was already great before -3rd laser treatment I have been ingrown free since the start of the treatment. Woohoo. Great session as usual. -4th session At least 75% of hair gone. More targeted session for finer hair. Again Top noch Service. Cant wait to complete my treatment. This is not pain free but definitely bearable. Also Dan is making the whole experience so worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Service: Laser hair removal
