        Travelodge is never going to be the most decadent of hotel stays but the room at this relatively new one was clean, the bed comfy and a really good effective shower. Negatives were only getting 30 mins free WiFi per day, no housekeeping, just a top up of towels or supplies if requested by hanging a sign on the handle and a fairly noisy air con / heater unit. Staff were friendly and helpful and it is a cracking location with the High Street being within a 5 minute walk away, free parking (although limited, we had no issue getting a space) and the train station being practically next door with high speed service into London. For the price we paid, we would definitely stay again.
