My daughter is 7 and was referred to have two fillings, she had to be sedated for this. As Ive never been sedated I didnt know what to expect or how to explain to her exactly what would happen so I was really nervous as she. As soon as we got into the room Dr Priya Patel and the other lady in there (sorry I didnt catch the name) were amazing. After a panic and some tears from my little girl they eventually got her to try the sedation and she giggled the whole way through,even I didnt know that the procedure was done. They knew exactly how to deal with a little girl and Id like to thankyou both! (Emilys mum)

Having had an appointment booked for nearly 2 months through referral, having had time booked off from work and a family member booking time off work to drop me off and pick me up as I'll be under sedation. I get a call today, 3 days before my appointment to tell me the dentist can't make it now and I have to wait until the 26th of June. Obviously this rating is based on the poor communication and lack of care for clients. I'm in pain and have waited patiently for my appointment only to be treated quite pathetically I feel. UPDATE: Following the above experience, I received a call today, to let me know that they have had a cancellation and I am able to get in a day earlier. This is obviously still an inconvenience however its also considerate of them to contact me and offer the opportunity. So I have updated the star rating to 5, pending my actual treatment happening
