We chose this venue as it was very close to a wedding we were attending. Given the price we were charged for our stay, we wasn't expecting anything special and when we arrived, that expectation was met. The first impression (at the time of our stay) was that the front main car park was very vast and had this bates motel vibe to it......when we entered reception it was very darkly lit and at this point I think I made a nervous joke to my partner about us being murdered here! That aside, we were met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who checked us in with no issue and to our rooms. To describe the rooms would be to say very tired and dated comes to mind....though every seemed to be clean and the we had a good wifi connection in our room. Given the general state of the room and hotel, we was not expecting much on the food front, however....the breakfast very fresh, well portioned and tasty. Even the meal we has (burger and chips) was very nice. All in all, if you were staying overnight for business, there is definitely a use for this hotel. I have got no real plans on every coming back here....but would not rule it out.
