Konsileo Insurance - (Lancashire)

After getting a call within a minute of filling out a quote form on a quote comparison website, I received a call from Konsileo to discuss my business's requirements in more depth. I followed up with an email containing confidential documents about my business to help the broker get back with a quote and received zero acknowledgement or follow up to that for a week. Also, no follow up to an email asking when I should expect to hear back. Tried calling the broker's mobile number and got no answer either... have effectively been ghosted by Konsileo. The most appallingly disappointing customer service I have received from any service provider. Konsileo claim to have pride in letting their brokers operate as independents but this one has gone totally AWOL. Perhaps a bit of oversight and quality control is needed here???

Very expensive unprofessional brokers No claim handler and you get nothing after they sale the insurance to you .

Vic Huhes is an amasing insurance broker, left one broker to follow him to here. The service he and his colleagues give is second to none. Woulodnt hesitate to recommend their insurance services to any business

I deal with Anthony Leathert. The service they provide along with help and assistance goes beyond anything I would of expected from a business. My go to for anything insurance related. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and accommodating. Always goes the extra mile and very responsive. A lot quicker and easier than normal insurance companies where you have to phone up a call centre. He can get a vehicle on policy with just a few WhatsApp messages. Would highly recommend.
