Didn't get my medication for 2month and i asked for a sick note and been waiting weeks

Never had an issue, nursing staff exceptional. Doctors have always been great.

If I could of given 0 stars I would Ive been waiting all day for a consultation over the phone that I missed yesterday to my own fault I was told the doctor would call me today and didnt, when I got in touch with the practice and its manager she turned round and said that I shouldnt of been in the gym and swimming knowing the doctors was going to call me I missed my call by about 30secs- 1 minute and proceeded to raise her voice and shout and abuse me I wouldnt use this doctors if youre reading this

Friendly, knowledgable staff that only want to help. I really dont understand the low ratings.. if you actually read the reviews it seems like people think they know best when at the end of the day the staff here are medical professionals, we are not.

The nurse i usually see is really nice but for the reception i think they need to hire new people as theyre really disrespectal and arrogant and wont even let me complain to the manager im so glad im leaving this doctors and i think everyone else should to absolutly disgrace how you treat some patients especually knowing that they have a mental illness to
