Worst place to go to I was sat in the car eating my lunch when this subway worker started to threaten me about parking.she was very loud and aggressive.

Subway Manager here has no customer service skills whatsoever shes very loud and threatening and intimidating towards customers and thinks its ok to treat them like this. Absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service shockingly surprised to witness this. This same Subway manager at frontier park Blackburn needs to be go find a job elsewhere as she struggled to have basic customer service skills. I have witnessed her speaking in this loud tone to several customers in the past. Such a shame for the rest as they very polite and easy to approach.

Frontier park Blackburn subway: I witnessed a women asking for her food to be warmed up and then all of sudden I heard the subway worker screaming at her. She then asked for the manager and she told Her she was the manager!!! Told her get your refund and get out of here and the women said she only asked for her food to be warmed up I was astonished that this women was the Manager. She then was talking in an inappropriate manner about the customer to other customers.

The woman who served me today was really rude and basically threw my change at me. She must have been having a bad day or something but shouldnt be taking it out on customers. I wont be going back in a hurry.
