        Excellent company. Just finished fitting a complex gate system. Went out there way to make sure we were 100 per cent satisfied. Couldnt of asked for more. Recomend them to anyone wanting gates.

        It makes such a pleasant change to be writing a positive review (rather than penning a complaint or criticism). Having seen an HBP vehicle in a local village we contacted them and within a couple of days Martin Smith (Director) visited us. From the start he was extremely helpful in explaining our options or, equally, the limitations of our initial thoughts. Their quote was competitive and once we had agreed a design Martin kept us informed of progress. James Kelly (Director), Ben and Matt carried out the installation and throughout all were courteous, totally customer-focused and extremely professional in carrying out the work. We were consulted at every stage and they were happy to answer our questions. James provided an excellent handover pack as well as spending time demonstrating our new gates. We would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend HB Paynter. G & S
