We lost 20,000 worth of our sentimental and irreplaceable things in a fire and they only compensated us just over 1000.
The cause of the fire was due to a complete lack of fire safety and having a styrofoam factory next door (one of the biggest fire risks on this planet). This was not information they divulged during their sales and onboarding.
They are negligent, irresponsible and take no accountability. Store your things here at your own risk and expect to never see it again.
I hope this business goes bankrupt for that theyve done to hundreds of people. They dont deserve anyones money. They are a disgrace of a business
