Disgusting company had a serious accident while at one of there events and nobody has even contacted me

Absolutely dreadful organisation at Colchester Castle. Couldnt get tokens for drinks and didnt take card at bars. Had to queue 40 minutes for tokens then card readers all crashed. Eventually got tokens queued again 30 minutes at bar. Such a clever money making system ended up coming home with 8 tokens as couldnt get back to bar (tokens were 6.25 per drink). Had gold area bands but all food stalls in general population and couldnt get through to eat, no food in gold area. Simply Red were outstanding and saved the day. The organisers/management should be ashamed of themselves.

Saw Paloma faith at Milton Keynes and Texas at Stoner park. Fabulous events and well organised. Great staff too. !!

What an absolute horrendously organised event. Nobody could get a drink it was far to over crowed. The security staff were aggressive and vile. Simply red and Lisa stansfield were the only saving graces. 57 down the drain should have sat out side with all the others that didnt pay and brought their own drinks. What a complete shambles will never go to one of your event again!

Would give zero if I could. Hatfield House. Mick Hucknall, Lisa Stansfield, hope you realise, the queue for the bar was an hour long. On a hot summers day it should of been a lovely evening. There wasn't even enough water filling stations to top up the 500ml bottle of soft drink you were allowed in..Awful . Tvs at side of stage were just bigger than the stage itself, and when Mick was just talking to the crowd you couldn't hear him. Never going to one of LPH Events again. Just not value for money. People sitting without tickets just outside of barriers with their own drinks had the best night.
