Time Out Childrens Homes

I have worked at Timeout in the past and I enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, management were approachable and i felt the company had a nice feel/vibe to it. For me it wasn't the right time personally with having personal issues. However I really enjoyed working with the children I had the pleasure to meet. It is a demanding job at times and does require you to get a good work/life balance but overall you are trying to positively help the children so it is rewarding. I wish the children I did get to meet all the best as I genuinely did care.

I have worked at Timeout Homes for 3 years now; the company is supportive, cares about my development and genuinely cares about outcomes for all the children in our care. I have a fantastic team that enables me to make a real difference.

I've worked here for almost a year now, and this is one of the best and most caring places there is! It really is like a big family and you receive so much support from everyone. There is always room for progression and ways to develop your skills further, all while changing children's lives which is the everyone's focus here.

Absolute waste and control freak management don't work for them. They have a assistant psychologist who knows nothing expect dressing up like a model. Operations director who is worse than Matlidas headteacher
