I bought myself 100 cardboard covers for my vinyl records plus some inner sleeves as well and a cleaning kit for the vinyl. It arrived the next perfectly boxed! The sleeves and covers are superb and I am cleaning a couple of record every weekend and putting them in new sleeves - Really awesome products and top quality at such a great price - 10 out of 10 thank you!!

Ordered 2 albums boxes, was really happy the the style and quality, but it was the customer service that I want to recognise, they answered my queries promptly and when the delivery Co. DPd could not delivery the 2nd box they delivered it themselves. I can not recommend them highly enough would give them 10 stars if I could

Wanted some high quality CD jewel cases (not the flimsy rubbish sold elsewhere now) and, being familiar with the company from my record fair days as a customer I didn't hesitate to order from them. There's no tracking of deliveries but when I rang the lady could not have been more helpful and the box arrived today with the cases well protected by bubble wrap and as described.

Great products but service not the best, sometimes receiving an abrupt or unapologetic response when phoning to find out where my order is, not even an email to keep me updated. Just as well i use another company Defendapack as backup who always follow through speedily to keep me going.

Always had excellent service and products from this company getting on for 15 years now after an initial recommendation by a now sadly defunct local s/h record shop (Rikss Discs). Most recent order arrived almost before Id placed it. Im impressed.
