Experience With

This company sold me tickets to an experience with Al Pacino. We were informed in January that the show would be postponed and we could opt for a refund. They then sold tickets for another date without offering this date to the people who had their experience postponed. I requested a refund on 3 March and am still waiting. Just keep getting generic responses from the emails and they block any negative comments on social media. Disgraceful business.

Al pacino show got cancelled and tried to get my money back but they where offering credit for any future events which I was not interested in. After 3 months anyway I eventually got my money back. Will not be dealing with them again

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Bought tickets for Al Pacino in Birmingham, event postponed twice so I requested a refund in January but have had no response. My bank submitted a charge back claim as recommended by An Experience With.. but they refused a refund as they said the event had taken place. Other customers have reported An Experience With saying the money is tied up in America & to request a refund from a company in the US. Appalling customer service - The company say in their emails to request a refund from them & it will be processed within 28 days but this is obviously not true. I have sent in another email for a refund so hopefully this will be processed & the money paid back into my bank account. Absolute Scam!!!

I paid for the 2 person photo at the Stallone event. I got no photo and no refund. Do not book with this company.

Im Totally disgusted with experiencewith! Not only have they not provided what they said they would with nearly a 1000 purchase they have refused to reply to endless emails & they had the audacity to bloke me from making comments on their facebook group! A shameful company that should have no dealings with celebrities. Professional con artists. My advice is stay clear from buying anything from them. Daniel Haines
