Said it was 24h got there the place was closed and I had already put 20 on the app.... now i want a refund they are going to take 3 and give me 17 back it's been 3 weeks and still no reply or refund and what I've been told about the place no one should be using there service

Horrible company model. Minimum top up amounts, really difficult to get refunds, and any outstanding balance after you leave uni halls? Forget about it! Lost a card? Forget about your balance, whether it be 5, 10, or 50. It's okay, just top up your new one Not to mention out of the 4-10 machines (had a range of available machines in the 3 accommodations I stayed at using Circuit), at least 30% will be out of order for one reason or another. OH! Not to mention each accommodation might be using DIFFERENT MACHINE MODELS so you will need to call representatives to transfer your old cards balance to the new one, which takes at least 3-5 working days because you have to mail in your old card (e.g. one uses contactless, another has a chip card, or another just has a phone app). This company simply exists because they are a monopoly, they really need a competitor to kick them in the teeth ...

Horrible company . The machines breakdown every other month - causing people a whole lot of inconvenience. I am now stuck with 2 out of order machines where I dont even know if my clothes are washed so I have to repeat that cycle twice & risk over washing my clothes and because this would now take more than an additional hour, I either have to miss my lessons or have my wet clothes stowed somewhere in my room dripping. The massive inconvenience is hardly address by a refund of the cycle. Absolutely poor Edit: they also hang up the phone while talking to you midway
