Sunshine Festival was a brilliant experience, this is the first time we have been. The camping ground was well kept and flat so both camper and caravaners did not have to level out to excessively and the ground was fit for tent campers as well. Security was present but overwhelming ( not that there was much need for it apart from a couple of people). The music was FANTASTIC!! A great range of music throughout the years from 50s-70s rock and roll, 80-90s rock, pop, and dance and up-to-date covers bands keeping the crowds happy and motivated ready for the next performance! Along with the music there were a good number of stalls for the classic festival purchase of a hat, flag pole and of course light and glow shops. Food was in abundance with a variety of different flavours, sweet or sour, spicy or savory, and of course fish and chips. The prices are marked up for festival prices, however still affordable unlike other festivals I've been too. Little bit let down on facilities for the campsites, though there were toilets and showers available there was a bit of a trek for the showers that a few people we'd met over the weekend had also remarked and toilets were well maintained and cleaned which was really nice just would've been nice to have maybe a few on each camping field. However this may just be the typical British man finding something to complain about for the sake of it. To conclude my first experience of the Sunshine Festival was an excellent one and I have already bought next year's tickets!! Thank you Sunshine Festival
