        Coffee was lovely but the attitude of the man who served us definitely left a lot to be desired.

        Friendly staff, tasty frappucino. Left my handbag by outside bench at Southound Costa, luckily someone sat opposite handed this into Costa and Duty Manager Stuart, drove my bag across to North bound Costa for me to collect. Very helpful. Went out of his way to return. Appreciated. Parking: Free parking at motorway services.

        Not open at 645 despite opening hours advertised as open from 6am.

        Costa over 20 minutes late and still no signs of opening.

        Closed early with a que! Same thing happened with the shop aswell dunno wether there was a problem but staff just said no more orders and basically ushered us out the nooooobs! Propper annoyed all we came for was a costa!
