A really pleasant experience. We had a good look around at a few cars before being approached by Kevin. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave us plenty of options. We never felt pressured which is great and made us a lot more comfortable when coming to a decision. Not too many dealers like this one out there. I travelled from London to go see an Audi A6. It had a few issues such as scuffed door and bumper, worn tyres, 6 months or so MOT and a faulty electronic wing mirror. They had recently p/x the car so were not able to pay much attention to it. They allowed me to inspect the car in my own time and gave me the key to take it for a test drive. The car drove perfectly fine and came with full dealership service history. I paid a deposit and was told that the car will be ready in 3 weeks. I was told that all problems I have raised will be sorted and a fresh MOT and service will be done. I got a call after 2.5 weeks to say the car was ready for collection. All issues were sorted and it looked almost new due to the works carried out and the interior/exterior cleaning. 2 months on, the car drives very smooth and I have had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended dealership.
