The staff members are all friendly, professional & efficient and seem to get on well together. When we made our initial enquiry, the particular (used) model we wanted was not in stock. However, Brett knew that an existing customer had one that he wanted to trade in against a brand new car (which had to be imported from Romania). He was totally realistic about the likely timescale. We were offered the chance to put a deposit down and then he handed us over to Bryn. We got all the info we needed, test drove the car as soon as it was ready for us and completed the sale the day after that. This included part-exchanging our old Kia. We thought we would miss it after so many years but we don't - we love our new Duster. Kineholme is a busy place - if you want something doing, ask a busy person!

I have been a Kineholme customer for many years and have always been pleased with their vehicles and services. Just part exchanged my Dacia today and Bryn Barclay, as always, was outstanding and made the whole process painless. I would certainly recommend them.

I recently took my car to Kineholme for it's service and MOT. Andy from the service department phoned me when the work had been completed and on collection talked me through everything. The car was given a wash and vac. Many thanks Kineholme for an excellent stress free experience.

Always used Dacia dealerships since purchase of my Duster.. First time at Kineholme of Otley. Could not fault. Very professional and courteous staff. Picked up straight away that my cambelt should have been changed a year ago, something I wasn't advised about at a different dealership. Fast forward to this afternoon. Car Mot done, and returned washed and clean..what is not to like? Many thanks and will be returning for any future issues, and to have the cambelt done!
