Johnny approached me about a role that seems to be the perfect fit - he was very thorough, with great communication throughout the whole process. He was willing to be flexible to fit with my schedule including calling at 7pm and then 7am the next morning - it's nice to see that commitment. He also gave some great advice and guidance around my nerves of leaving my current role.

I would highly recommend Johnny and Green Barks Search to anyone. I had recently been thinking of moving on from my current role in search of a new career challenge, but hadn't yet acted on it. Then I received a message from Johnny, wanting to discuss an outstanding job opportunity, which was exactly the type of position I had in mind. Had it not been for his reaching out, I wouldn't have even known about it. From start to finish, the application process took around 6 weeks. And for the duration of that time, Johnny was in regular communication with me via phone and email so I had a clear sense of each step and knew what the timeframe set by the hiring organisation was. Even after I received my verbal offer, Johnny continued to provide support until all the paperwork was completed. I think the end result speaks very well to the care he took in his role to find me, and recognising the synergy between what the organisation was looking for and my work experience.
