Worst company to deal with for refunds and no telephone number to contact them

I ordered a vanity unit for an en-suite which was advertised as including the basin. Sadly the unit arrived minus the basin!! Frustratingly you cannot speak to ukbathrooms, you are required to use the chat bot which then sends an automated message saying that within 2-5 working days someone will be in touch and do not continue to use the chat bot as this will confuse the issue! I now have a unit not fit for purpose sat in its box an expensive piece of useless furniture. I am extremely disappointed, what has happened to simple good old fashioned customer service? Update: The above mentioned part item has been returned and was found to be in perfect order on its return to ukbathrooms. My refund was also returned into my account today. Many thanks, much appreciated.

14 days return policy is inflexible and impractical for property development companies who cannot always work to this sort of deadline on site especially with xmas break. Not a good trade partner. Frustrating. Need to exchange a product - no contact number to reach anyone to discuss this.
