Martin has been nothing but helpful whilst I have been renovating my new house. He has worked around me and other tradesmen, nothing has been too much trouble and he is very reasonable compared to other local companies. I would definitely recommend him for all flooring works.

Superb service from consultation to fitting, the lads were in and out within an hour old carpet lifted and new carpet fitted. They hoovered up and replaced all the furniture very,very impressed.

My elderly Mother had a kitchen floor fitted by this company and I cant tell you how bad the whole experience was from start to finish. The fitter clearly didnt know what they were doing and managed to cut the flooring incorrectly in a couple of places. When my Mother reported it to the owner they tried to brush her off, were condescending and only after repeated complaints did they finally agree to rectify the situation by fitting a new floor. However the saga wasnt over yet as she couldnt choose the same design as allegedly it was available anymore. She managed to choose an alternative but it wasnt really what she wanted but she just wanted to get the situation sorted. They refitted the new flooring over the top of the existing one rather than strip it out and start again. This means that it has now ruffled up. All in all it has caused my 77 year old Mum lots of unnecessary stress and concern. The customer service and integrity from this company is extremely poor and I would recommend finding an alternative company to do the job correctly.
