        I visited this shop recently and enquired about the cutting of two spare mortice keys. The bloke behind the counter quoted me 16.95 for one or 24.95 for two! Told him he was taking the piss and walked out. I then got both keys cut in Bedale for 6 and yes they work perfectly. The Yale 5 lever mortice lock I had just fitted only cost me 24.95! Unless you have more money than sense or have no other option, then i would suggest you go elsewhere.
